Orange Crystal Consulting is a computer consulting services company based in Briarcliff Manor, New York. It was founded in 2003 by Gary E. Goodman, who has 30 years of experience in computer networking and software programming as well as A+ Certification and Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT) certification. Gary has assembled a team of specialists who combine their skills to provide consistently reliable computer support for a wide range of technical challenges, as well as creative and effective website design to insure the powerful on-line presence you need to be competitive in today’s business climate.
We started Orange Crystal Consulting when wireless home networks became really popular and teamed up with technicians who were able to install in-the-wall Ethernet cabling. This way our customers receive the best of both worlds — certified low-voltage wiring experts as well as a wireless guru. We have accumulated a world of knowledge about a plethora of wireless devices – those from Netgear, Linksys, Belkin, DLink and others. We also work with ISPs and their hardware on a regular basis. Therefore we feel we have a solid edge in the home networking arena.
We regularly repair hardware and this includes desktops, servers and laptops. We are experienced in working with Dell, HP, Gateway, Apple and RAIDed systems. We also custom build gaming machines.
As fantastic as all these offerings are, we have one other. Gary is an experienced software engineer with a strong background in computer science, database design and network programming. This gives Orange Crystal Consulting a tremendous edge in understanding your technology needs.
We are a small shop and dare to stay that way. Clients are constantly surprised to hear a voice at the other end of the phone at all times of day or night. Besides providing support in the tri-state area, we offer remote support for computers anywhere on the Internet.
